Refund & Returns Policy
If the goods you receive are NOT as ordered, or are faulty upon arrival, you can return your order. Please contact us and we will get things sorted for you. If we have made a mistake, we will refund the money in full upon the items return.
However, if you wish to return an item or get a refund because you have changed your mind, you will need to arrange it yourself, at your own expense. We will supply you with all information necessary for your item's return.
Compensation may be considered if your parcel is damaged or lost by after it has been received by our freight forwarder in the USA.

Warranties
FindSend is not personally liable for your products warranty. You will have the warranty supplied by the merchant the goods were purchased from. You should be aware some warranties do not cover goods delivered outside the USA.
